Charlee's Birthday
May 2, 2013
Charlee, my love! You are five! I never actually thought you would turn five, I was kind of hoping you'd stay little forever. You are going to go to Kindergarten! Ahhhhh! Charlee, you are such an awesome, fun little girl. At home you love to play with your little dolls and babies. You can be heard talking to them like you are their mother. You play great with your brother and you are making friends in the neighborhood. At school, Mrs. McFarland tells me that you are quite shy at school. Which, I find kind of hard to believe. She says that when a question is asked you will very timidly raise your hand and whisper the answer back. She tells me that I can work on helping you speak up. You are nervous to start Kindergarten, we went to Lincoln Elementary the other day to check it out. I told you that this would be your new school and that you would go there everyday and even stay for lunch. You told me, "I don't want to go to this big school. Will you go with me?" That made me a little sad. Little do you know, that if I could go with you I would. That my days without you will no doubt make me want to cry, and that this will be WAY harder on your Mom than you know.

Time For Your Check-Up
April 18, 2013
I had to get the kids their pre-k physicals for the upcoming school year. Charlee is going to Kindergarten! I don't know what to think about that. Charlee did SO well getting her shots. She didn't seem bothered by the sticks at all. Van apparently wasn't getting enough attention during Charlee's check up, so he decided it would be best to pee on Mom's lap. Hence, no pants as you can clearly see.

2nd Annual Fairy Tale Ball
Again, the girls got together for the Fairy Tale Ball at the Decatur Children's museum. Charlee picked out her 'not so princessy' dress this year. Charlee had fun dancing with Dad and playing with her friends.
